CIAS CAMPUS SCHOOL
TUITION POLICIES

2011-2012
-
Tuition bills will be
now be e-mailed to parents of CIAS Campus School students via an Excel
worksheet attachment.
-
If you do not receive
your bill by attachment by the first Tuesday of each month, please let us
know by sending an e-mail with “Bookkeeping” in the Subject line to
nogratrjoy@aol.com.

If you prefer to
receive mailed billings, there will be a $5 mailing fee per semester (2 per
year). Please let us know by e-mail if you would prefer to receive mailed
billings. E-mail

Campus School tuition is to be
paid MONTHLY, and is charged according to how many billable Mondays are in a
month.
For example: September 2011, has four (4) Mondays; therefore, September
will be billed for four (4) weeks of tuition.

All normal tuition
fees are due, regardless of any absences, excused or unexcused. Official
school holidays will not be billed (these are listed in the CIAS Handbook
and Lesson Plan Book, and posted on the CIAS website).

Tuition/tutoring bills
are due by the second Tuesday of each month.

Payments will be
accepted by cash, check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover), and
Paypal on our website:
http://christianinstitute.com. You must have a Paypal account in order
to pay your tuition bill via Paypal.

Tuition accounts must
be kept current in agreement with school administration.

Parents of students
enrolled in CIAS agree to pay a $25 penalty for each monthly tutoring
payment that is submitted late. A late fee will not be added to a bill if it
is paid within the working week of the date in which it is due

Tuition may be
post-dated for one week after bills are due, but no later. All payments
received or checks dated later than one full week after the due date will be
considered late.

If outstanding tuition
is not paid within 30 days of its due date, then student will be disenrolled
from CIAS, and tutoring services will be terminated. A student may be
re-enrolled again, paying another $35 Enrollment Fee.

Classes, such as
Writing and Cooking classes, as well as the Biology Lab, will be billed in
its entirety at the beginning of the semester. Classes may be paid all at
once (preferred) or monthly.

All Diagnostic and
Placement Tests will be billed within the month in which they are
administered and evaluated.

Achievement Test fees
will be due by the first day of the test dates (Monday).
-
There is a $35 service
charge on all bounced checks.

ENROLLMENT TERMINATION

WITHDRAWAL/ FROM CIAS CAMPUS SCHOOL
Should you withdraw your child from CIAS for any reason, immediately inform the school office of your intent.
We must receive TWO (2) WEEKS prior notice before release of
a cumulative file.
All outstanding tuition fees for the year must be paid and all required report forms must be delivered to the school office before cumulative files or transcripts will be released.
Any
bartering or exchange of services agreement must also be honored
and fulfilled within a school year, a school year being August 1
of one year until the following July 31.
